Paddle 14-day refund request window

For Tech-Ping web purchases processed by Paddle, submit any refund request to Paddle within 14 days of the transaction date.

That 14-day window is the baseline called out in Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. Whether a request is approved depends on Paddle's terms, any applicable statutory withdrawal rights, whether digital access has already started, and whether the request is being reviewed as a discretionary refund.

If local consumer law gives you stronger non-waivable rights, those rights still control.

Web billing provider

For Tech-Ping web purchases, Paddle acts as the authorized reseller and handles checkout, subscription billing, cancellation, and refund processing.

Android subscriptions are purchased through Google Play instead. Those purchases follow Google Play's billing, cancellation, and refund flow rather than Paddle's web-billing rules.

Subscription cancellations

Web subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time through the Paddle buyer portal linked from your receipt or subscription confirmation email.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep access through the paid term and are not charged again after that. If a subscription includes a free trial, cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first paid charge.

Refund baseline for web purchases

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, web transactions are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Paddle may still issue statutory or discretionary refunds case by case. Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior.

If a refund is issued, access to the refunded Tech-Ping product or subscription will end. Nothing in this page limits rights you may have for products that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

Statutory withdrawal windows

Some countries give consumers unconditional withdrawal or cancellation rights for digital purchases. When local law or a supplier commitment gives you broader non-waivable rights, the higher standard applies.

  • European Union, EEA, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom: eligible buyers generally have 14 days for one-off purchases and the first subscription payment. In the UK, annual auto-renewals also restart a 14-day withdrawal window. In these territories, the right can be waived once digital content starts being downloaded, streamed, or used after express consent.
  • Turkey and Israel: eligible buyers generally have 14 days to exercise statutory withdrawal rights.
  • South Korea, Brazil, China, and Canada: eligible buyers generally have 7 days to cancel qualifying digital purchases.
  • Singapore: eligible buyers generally have 5 days to cancel qualifying digital purchases.

Technical defects and non-delivery

If Tech-Ping fails or unreasonably delays delivery because of a technical issue, web buyers are entitled to a replacement or refund of the relevant charge.

If you experience a persistent technical problem or a material defect that blocks access to the paid features described at purchase, contact Tech-Ping support first so we can try to resolve it. If the issue is not resolved, Paddle can review the transaction for refund eligibility.

How to request a refund

For web purchases, request a refund through the View receipt or Manage subscription link in your Paddle email, through the billing support link shown on your receipt, or directly through Paddle buyer support.

If a request is eligible, refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible and are generally processed within 14 days of approval. Paddle may also review discretionary refund requests made within 14 days of the transaction date, but that window does not guarantee approval.

Paddle's transaction records may be used to verify timing and eligibility, but they do not override any mandatory statutory rights.
