Service description

Tech-Ping provides market discovery, tracking, historical data access, and notification tools. Tech-Ping does not execute trades or place orders on your behalf.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity under your account.

• Provide accurate registration information.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Do not abuse endpoints or interfere with normal service operation.

Availability, billing, and liability

Service availability is not guaranteed and may be interrupted by maintenance, upstream provider issues, or outages.

Paid features depend on active entitlement status.

Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled. Cancellation and refund handling are described in the refund policy at /refund-policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech-Ping is provided as-is without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a specific trading outcome.
